Warranty Information

AUTOMATIC WARRANTY

All services are covered by an automatic 30 day service warranty.

What this means:

This warranty covers the reoccurence of the original issue that a Tech Fiend technician was dispatched to fix.

Upon receipt of a service request from you, Tech Fiend's help desk will contact you promptly to begin diagnosis and arrange a time for the delivery of service. After diagnosis has been performed, the help desk will then coordinate the dispatch of a technician to your site within 48 hours.

Under the terms of the service plan, you are responsible for providing our technicians with access to your electronic device(s) in a safe environment.

If parts need to be ordered and shipped, an additional appointment will be made within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date of parts.

CUSTOM BUILT WARRANTY

All custom built computers are covered by an automatic 30 day parts and service warranty.

What this means:

This warranty covers hardware malfunction, operating system errors, driver errors and configuration issues.

This warranty does NOT cover issues resulting from physical incidents or accidents, including (but not limited to):

Hitting, slapping, smashing or any other physical violence (intended or accidental) resulting in the damage of the unit or its components.

Liquid damage to the unit or its components. (unless resulting from the malfunction of a liquid cooling system installed by Tech Fiend)
